A Flourishing Life

The preamble to the charter of the UN expresses the  common principles and aims of all the people of the  world , which was devised by President Franklin D. Roosevelt   and 50 countries at the United Nations Conference. It was signed on 26 June 1945, and the United Nations came Officially into existence  on 24 October 1945.

The principles and the goals of the UN are to maintain  international peace and security, to cooperate in solving  international social, economic , cultural and humanitarian  problems  and in promoting respect for Human Rights and  fundamental freedoms.

It seems that all these principles are not fully respected when the Human Rights  organizations is at work practically and   particularly  when the question of the Right to Self-  determination is at stake! Is It permissible that the legitimacy  of the struggle of people for independence, territorial   integrity , national unity and liberation from colonial and  foreign domination and occupation by all available means ,  including armed struggle is translated by the bloody freedom and bloody democracy by killing million of people world wide? Is it possible that all this mediocrity is the result of the  unethical behavior and  attitude of the high responsible? They  are the oligarchy rulers whose paternalistic behavior and  attitude conceal the cruelty of dictatorship that cancels the  freedom of the individuals, their thinking, their sense of  responsibility in complaining to improve their way of life.

Such Leaders are accountable for the consequences of their violent  bloody decision making, which is based on different ideologies  and  their own economical interest only that give drastic results  of what happened  to the freedom of the people in the world. Their mentality is supported by revolutionary ideas of how to  destroy and impoverish countries and people, rather than they  respect the Agreement and the Law of Justice of how to  construct and care for people's Human Rights to live in  security and peace. They encourage slavery rather than   a way of life based on service , production, transparency  and a win / win relationship. Their infantile  mentality and  blurred vision promote the competition for developing  atomic  weapons, rather than building up their sense of responsibility  for a strategic mind to respect the eco – system and the balance in nature to avoid atomic violence among the states,  and to prevent a global destruction of the people. What can we  say  about the concept of bloody freedom and bloody democracy that constitute the foundation of the world wide  Constitutions including The UN Human Rights International  Covenants?! The commission on Human Rights has put increasing emphasis on the realization of economic problems neglecting completely the Human Rights of people to live in a better free world for improving their social and Humanitarian condition by respecting the Agreement based on the rules and laws of ethical justice.

This research is urgently calling for radical change of the Law of Self Determination by claiming the real freedom of the people who should abide and respect the Agreement based on new international rules and laws to maintain globally peace and security by improving the social and humanitarian condition of the people for a new way of life, a better life respecting the environment. This change should be proposed in the next session of the General Assembly.

A Flourishing Life And A Guide for a New Vision exposes such problems and how to solve them by restructuring the environment, which is similar to the structure of the UN organization on a micro level. The similitude of the structure has been discovered after the work has ended, and it is noticed that some of the organs are rebuilt to comply to the real democratic rules.
